Romans 8:26-28 - Prayer

Romans 8:26-28
Likewise the Spirit also helps in our weaknesses. For we do not know what we should pray for as we ought, but the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is, because He makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God. And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.

Don't you just love how God answers all your questions! .... yes sometimes its not right when we want Him to or in the way we expected. But He is always faithful to us.

A few days back I was wondering how do we know if what we are praying is what God wants us to pray for. I guess that this answers it. While its always nice to have specific things that we would request, Such as salvation for loved ones or keeping so and so safe. There are many instances where your main prayer is "God please do Your will and give me peace about it".. Isn't it wonderful that, that's enough. God know the desires of our heart and how much we can handle. He knows that we are weak and frail and He is willing to step in and give us the right words and hearts to come to Him with.

God please do Your will and let me be a willing and able servant ready to be used by You for Your glory! Amen and Amen !
